Description:
1. The subject of the order is the management of municipal waste from the area of the Wejherowo Commune, from real estate where residents live and real estate which is partly real estate where residents live and partly real estate where they do not live. residents, in accordance with the Waste Act and the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, i.e.:
1) processing of municipal waste in a waste processing installation,
2) temporary storage of municipal waste.
2. The subject of the order does not include:
1) waste collection municipal waste from real estate and their possible collection before their transport to the place of processing by the Contractor or the Contractor's transfer station, respectively,
2) transport of collected municipal waste from the property or place of its temporary collection, respectively to its place processing by the Contractor or the Contractor's reloading station,
3) delivering containers and bags to properties for the purpose of collecting municipal waste.
3. The contractor will be obliged to manage the fraction of municipal waste originating from residential and mixed properties, such as:
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
2) glass,
3) paper,
4) metals and plastics (including multi-material packaging),
5) bio (biodegradable kitchen waste),
6) green waste (biodegradable waste),
7) bulky waste,
