Description:
1. The subject of the order is waste management in the R1 process with code 16 01 03 - waste tires (small tires up to 0 1200 mm), collected/collected by the Ordering Party in the country, as part of the activities specified in section 2 of this paragraph and stored on the premises of the managed plants by the Ordering Party.
2. Waste 16/01/03 - used tires will come from large waste collections organized on the premises of the Ordering Party's business and within the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) run and operated by the Ordering Party.
3. The Ordering Party undertakes to deliver and the Contractor to manage waste code 16 01 03 in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Deliveries of used tires will be made on the basis of a weekly schedule, which will be established no later than Friday of the preceding week, where deliveries will be made. The schedule will be sent electronically to the email address indicated in the contract.
4. Delivery of waste to the Contractor's Plant will be carried out in accordance with the schedule
from Monday to Friday during the opening hours of the Contractor's Plant. There is also possibility of delivering waste to the plant indicated by the Contractor also on Saturdays, but after prior agreement of both Parties in writing or by telephone.
5. The Ordering Party undertakes to deliver the waste 16 01 03 by means of a tractor unit with a "walking floor" semi-trailer.
