Waste management with code 20 03 01 - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) in Nowy SÄ cz at ul. Tarnowska 120.
Estimated amount of waste to be managed: 12,000 [Mg]. The Ordering Party stipulates that it is so specified quantity waste is an indicative amount and the management of waste in an amount less than 12,000 [Mg] does not give rise to any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, provided that the Ordering Party is obliged to hand over to the Contractor for management at least
2500 [Mg] of waste, and for failure to deliver this minimum quantity shall be liable for damages under the general principles provided for by generally applicable law.
The minimum threshold of waste that the Ordering Party will hand over to the Contractor for management is 2,500 Mg.
Waste will be delivered to the Contractor on working days from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
After weighing on the Ordering Party's on-ramp scale, the Ordering Party will provide the driver with a weighing receipt and issue a waste transfer card in the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO).
