The subject of the order is:
Treatment of waste with codes: 20 01 08 biodegradable kitchen waste i
20 02 01 biodegradable waste in the R3 process.
The Ordering Party stipulates that the amount of waste determined in this way is a quantity indicative and delivering waste in an amount less than 4,500 [Mg] does not give rise to any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, provided that the Ordering Party is obliged to transfer at least 500 [Mg] of waste to the Contractor for processing, and for failure to transfer this minimum amount, the Ordering Party is liable for damages on general principles provided for by generally applicable law.
The minimum threshold of waste that the Ordering Party will submit to the Contractor for processing is 500 Mg.
Delivery of waste to the Contractor will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
Waste will be delivered directly in bags from a collection or selective municipal waste collection point and weighed on a certified scale of the waste processing installation.
Waste 20 02 01 and 20 01 08 transferred to the Installation processing in the R3 process will be undone by the Contractor without prior cleaning.
Waste transport to the waste collection point on 20/02/01 and 20/01/08 will be organized by the Ordering Party and at its expense.
