Description:
The procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender in accordance with Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the contract is: water and dry cleaning service divided into 3 (three) parts:
Part I of the order - Water washing service with ironing or ironing and dry cleaning of itemsin uniforms and equipment,
Part II of the order - Dry cleaning service with ironing of uniforms and equipment,
Part III of the order - Water washing service with ironing or ironing of table linen.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in: Annexes no .: from1.1. to 1.3. and from 1.4. to 1.6., and from No. 5, 5.1., 5.2. to the SWZ, i.e .: Product and price specifications, Description of the subject of the contract and the draft terms of the contract.
The CONTRACTING PARTY does not introduce a reservation indicating the CONTRACTOR's obligation to personally perform key parts of the ordersThe CONTRACTING PARTY does not require the CONTRACTOR to provide a performance bond.
