Description:
The subject of the order is: water and dry cleaning services. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 98310000-9 Laundry and dry cleaning services, 98311000-6 Laundry collection services, 98312000-3 Textile cleaning services. Detailed description of the item orders are specified in Annexes No. 1, 1.1. and no. 6 and 7 to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with price specifications and draft provisions of the contract, quality standards and type and weight specification. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Reasons for not dividing the order into parts. Justification: The decision was made not to divide the order into parts, taking into account the need to ensure due diligence in the implementation of water and dry cleaning services and the safety of the entrusted property. This decision is justified by the following considerations: Technological complexity and uniformity of responsibility: The subject of the order includes products requiring various maintenance technologies (water cleaning for underwear and bedding and dry cleaning for uniforms and specialized clothing).
