Description:
1Work and technology of December 30, 2020 on subjective evidence and other documents or statements that the contracting authority may demand from the Contractor - hereinafter referred to as the "MR Regulation" - in an unlimited tender mode.
2. According to art. 139 of the PZP Act, the ordering party firstHe will examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
3. Consently with art. 257 point 1 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides for the possibility of annulmentOrder proceedings, if the public funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract would not be granted to him.
4. The contractor is excluded from the contract award procedure, based on:
- art. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 132022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting supporting aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws 2024, item 507, i.e.).
