1. The subject of the order is the "path for pedestrians and bicycles as part of the task: expansion of voivodship road No. 461
in Dąbrowka Łubniańska and Łubniany" in accordance with the conditions of SWZ.
2. The investment is located in the Opolskie Voivodeship, in the Opolskie poviat, the commune of Łubniany. Expansion.Wojewodzka No. 461 includes two towns of Łubniany and Dąbrowka Łubniańska. The section from the beginning
studies from km 9+741.88 to km 10+371.13 is located in the village of Łubniany.9+880 left+right side,
- km 9+880 to 10+180 left side,
- km 10+280 to 10+313.26 left side,
b) Making a new (full) road structure at 10+180 to km 10+280,
c) Making a binding and abrasive layer from km 9+780 to km 10+313.26,
