- WE.ZP.261.2.2026 Maintenance and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation devices in the buildings of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and servicing services for devices air conditioning and ventilation in the buildings of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. 3. The material scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) performing periodic technical inspections, maintenance and servicing of air conditioning devices, i.e. air conditioners SPLIT, MULTISPLIT type, VRF systems; 2) performing periodic technical inspections, maintenance and servicing of ventilation and refrigeration equipment and ventilation systems, i.e. supply and supply and exhaust air handling units, cooling units in ventilation and cooling systems, supply fans and recuperators with filters; 3) performing periodic technical inspections, maintenance and servicing of the automation of air handling units and ventilation systems. 4. Detailed list devices and systems, quantities, scope of activities, and schedule of services are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 1.
