Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of hosting services for the website/domain sw.gov.pl (hereinafter referred to as the website) for a period of 36 months, the implementation and launch of a new CMS content management system and the transfer of all content to the Contractor's resources. All content and CMS of the website must be located on the premises European Union.2. The subject of the order must meet all the requirements included in its description, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, and in the draft contract, the template of which is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the provision of appropriate technical and organizational measures personal data protectionThe Ordering Party, acting as the personal data administrator within the meaning of Art. 4 point 7 of the GDPR, requires that the processing of personal data as part of the execution of the subject of the order takes place while ensuring sufficient guarantees of the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, meeting the requirements specified in Art. 28 section 1 GDPR.
