Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the wholesale purchase and delivery (within the meaning of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law) of a liquid-water solution of urea used to reduce nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases of diesel cars (AdBlue) to the tanks of the gas stations of Ostrdzko-Elblska Sp. z o. o.in Ostrda., 2. Designation according to the Common Order Dictionary:, 2.4957000-7: Chemical additives, 3. Fluid for reducing nitrogen oxides in car exhaust gases (AdBlue), quantity: 200 m3, page 4, 4. One-off deliveries in quantities not less than: 1000 liters, 5. The liquid must meet the conditions set out in the ISO 22241-1/-2/-3 standard/-4., 6. Required urea concentration of 32.5%, 7. The Ordering Party informs that: a) the purchased agent will be used by the Ordering Party for its own purposes and will be intended for resale, b) the Ordering Party's tanks and measuring devices have and will have them during the execution of the orderhave valid legalizations and certificates., 8.
