- 1. Order name: WiFi exchange.
Performance by the contractor of a technical design, as well as the transfer of proprietary property rights and dependent rights to the technical design in the scope and on the principles set out in the contract;
Delivery by the contractor of all Devices;
Performance by the Contractor with installation and reference services, in accordance with the technical project, accepted by the Employer, including the implementation of post-imaginable documentation, as well as the transfer of proprietary property rights and dependent rights to the report on the acceptance tests carried out and post -imagination documentation in the scope and on the principles set out in the contract;
Providing the service by the Contractor;
Training of employees of the Ordering Party in the procedure of post -imaginable workshops together with the transfer of ownership of workshop materials (information carriers);
2.6. Granting a guarantee by the contractor for devices.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms and principles of the contract (including description and provisions regarding equivalence) are specified in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the specification of the conditions Orders (hereinafter: "SWZ").
