Description:
1) The subject of the fall is the development of pre -investment documentation for the introduction: Winding and developing a study of executives together with PFU under the use of wind energy in the areas of karkoszka II in Wodzisawi l. for three stages, of which only the first stage is obligatory, while the next two may be implemented as part of the optional COLLECTION, in accordance with art. 441 of the Act with PZP.3) Claw stages are: stage I (basic scope) formal and legal analysis and audit of wind and productivity for location wind farm; Stage II (option) developing a study of the construction of a wind farm in the Formula design and build; Stage III (option) Preparation of a functional and usage program (PFU) 4) The decision to launch stage II and/or stage III will be taken by the Ordering Party on the basis of unilateral, written willing to speak. Lack of an optional order does not give birth to any compensation claims on the side of the contractor or claims about remuneration.
