Description:
The subject of the order includes: 1) plowing - clearing snow, a procedure that makes roads passable when snowfall exceeds 5 cm. Removing a 2.5 m wide strip with a plow; 2) pouring a mixture of sodium chloride and calcium chloride in a range of temperatures to -7 degrees C sodium chloride in the amount of 10 to 30 g per 1 m² as a treatment to prevent slipperiness on roads and in conditions of black ice, below -7 degrees C, as a preventive measure against black ice, icing and compacted snow - a mixture of sodium chloride with calcium chloride in the proportion of 75%: 25% by weight, in the amount of 10 to 30 g per 1 m² /depending on the intensity of rainfall/, 3)sprinkling the streets with sand; 4) cleaning and removal of snow and ice; 5) collecting and getting rid of mud, snow, ice and others pollution from sidewalks; 6) 24/7 communication; 7) ensuring supervision over the proper performance of the tasks covered by the contract; 8) ensuring the appropriate number of people and equipment necessary to perform the contract and ensuring the start of snow removal in the compartment time, depending on the time offered (response time is the criterion for evaluating offers), i.e. up to 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes, after obtaining the order, the commissioned work will be completed within a time not exceeding 5 hours; 9) observation of phenomena atmospheric conditions and obtaining atmospheric forecasts on your own and forwarding this information to the Ordering Party; 10) observation of the condition of the street surfaces entrusted to it, conclusions...
