- The subject of the order includes:
Removing a 2.5 m wide strip with a plow;
2) pouring a mixture of sodium chloride and calcium chloride in a range of temperatures
to -7 degrees C sodium chloride in the amount of 10 to 30 g per 1 m2 as a treatment to prevent slipperiness on roads and in conditions of black ice,
below - 7 degrees C, as a preventive measure against black ice, icing and compacted snow - a mixture of sodium chloride and calcium chloride in the proportion of 75%: 25% by weight, in the amount of 10 to 30 g per 1 m2 /depending on rainfall intensity/,
3)sprinkling the streets with sand;
4) cleaning and removal of snow and ice;
5) collecting and removing mud, snow, ice and other debris from sidewalks;
6) 24/7 communication;
7) ensuring supervision over the proper performance of the tasks covered by the contract;
8) assurance the appropriate number of people and equipment necessary to perform the contract and ensuring the start of snow removal within the time frame, depending on the time offered (response time is the criterion for evaluating offers), i.e. up to 60 minutes or up to 90 minutes or up to 120 minutes, after obtaining the order, commissioned work will be completed in no more than 5 hours;
9) observing atmospheric phenomena and obtaining atmospheric forecasts on their own
and forwarding this information to the Ordering Party;
