Description:
(I.) The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of the city and the summer maintenance of the city, including primarily roads in Bielsko-Biała, in accordance with the conditions of the unlimited tender marked No. 25/IZ/1/U, as well as in accordance with the content of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and orderin municipalities. The order will be carried out in the years 2025 - 2027. The subject of the contract was divided into two tasks (of the same character): Task 1 - Eastern zone;
Task 2 - Western zone.
(II.) Procedure: 1. Contract procedure. The procedure is conducted in the modeunlimited tender, in accordance with section II Chapter 3, Branch 2 of the PZP Act; 2. Offer, statements and documents, under pain of nullity, should be prepared and transferred to the Employer in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature; 3. Maximum total sizefiles constituting an offer or submitted with the offer are 250 MB. Communication in proceedings - different than submitting offers - is carried out electronically via forms for communication available in the "Forms" tab ("Forms for communication") or e -mail.
