- The subject of the order is winter and summer maintenance of roads and sidewalks in the Guchoazy Commune, consisting of: 1. Winter maintenance of roads and sidewalks in the Guchoazy commune. Winter maintenance of roads and sidewalks includes: a) removal of snow falling on the road, hardened roadsides and roadside structures that create difficulties in vehicle traffic, b) combating and eliminating winter slipperiness using chemical, roughening or mechanical materials.2. Summer maintenance of roads and sidewalks in the area Gukhoazy communes: Summer maintenance of roads and sidewalks will consist in: a) cleaning the roads and sidewalks, removing pollutants (in accordance with applicable regulations and standards in this regard) b) three mechanical mowing of grasses and weeds from the sides of municipal roads on Gukhoazyc Commune) twice cutting out brush and bushes covering road signs located in the road right-of-way in Gukhoazyc Commune.
