Description:
The subject of the order is winter cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness of the property around the buildings of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office in Rzeszow at ul. Grunwaldzka 15, ul. Miedziana 4a, ul. Puaskiego 1D, ul. Styki 3 and ul. Batorego 9 in Rzeszow, including, among others: on the removal and protection of the area against snowstorms (sprinkling squares, sidewalks, stairs, terraces, parking lots with sand and anti-slip agents), piling and dumping excessive amounts of snow in the event of heavy rainfall. If there is no snow, cleaning will consist of sweeping, removing papers, cigarette butts and other debris, in the period from signing the contract (planned date - December 1, 2025) to March 31, 2026. In the event of difficult weather conditions (snowfall), the Applicant reserves the right to terminate the service later than the date specified above, i.e. to extend the contract validity period to a maximum of 30 days.
