The subject of the order is winter maintenance and cleaning of road lanes in the city of Poznań in Districts IV (Nowe Miasto-Południe) and V (Grunwald) in the period from January 1, 2024 to April 15, 2024 - snow removal and removal of winter slipperiness and removal of dirt from the road and roads. for pieroads, bicycle paths, city squares, underpasses and footbridges, parking spaces in Paid Parking Zones, cleaning up dirt from roadsides and green areas, emptying and maintaining street bins, as well as providing equipment support for the activities of the Cleanliness Emergency Service. Father's taskcovered by the order is the fulfillment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order on public roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznań, imposed on the Ordering Party in accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 section 4 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order inmunicipalities. The subject of the order includes the following activities: - preventive protection of the road against winter slipperiness, - plowing the road, pedestrian paths and bicycle paths using frontal plowshare plows mounted on salt spreaders and sand spreaders,trucks and agricultural tractors; - snow removal from roads, pedestrian paths and bicycle paths using mechanical-manual technology, i.e. supplementing mechanical snow removal with manual shoveling of snow cover in places inaccessible to plows; - removing winter slipperiness at z...
