- 1. The scope of the order includes:
Maintenance of communication routes, squares, stairs outside the road lane in accordance with the approved program of winter maintenance works. By Permanent manual maintenance of communication routes, squares, stairs outside the road lane during the winter season should be understood:
the use of tractors with a weight of their own up to 1900 kg of small plows up to 2.5 tonnes, removing snow during rainfall leading to purification with snow and ice within three hours of termination of the rainfall of the communication routes, squares, stairs outside the road lane along with the cleverness of snow in places that are not in pedestrian traffic (it is forbidden to form prism under trees or in their immediate surroundings);
Spring cleaned of snow and all contaminants with sand or other relief material (the entire surface maintained);
Prevention of slipperyness in the absence of snowfall, freezing drizzle and barking by sprinkling the surface with sand or other material sinking (the entire surface maintained);
road snow in consultation with the Ordering Party to the place he indicated;
