The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in comprehensive winter maintenance of district roads in the Kwidzyn district in the winter season 2025/2026 in the Kwidzyn district in the region no. materials and own equipment and transport, in particular: 1) mechanical patrol and intervention protection of single-carriageway roads on the full width of two lanes with plows (100% of the length of roads covered by ZUD), 2) mechanical protection of unpaved district roads (according to the list) on the full width with plows, 3) elimination of slipperiness of single carriageway roads over the full width of two lanes, by roughening with a mixture of 30% salt and sand in the amount of 120g/m (crossing 100% of the length of covered roads, roughening with a mixture of 100% of the length of covered roads),4) referring to the simultaneous elimination of slipperiness using the methods as above single carriageway on the full width of two lanes of roads covered by ZUD and eliminating slipperiness on 100% of the length of roads covered by ZUD with a mixture of 30% salt and sand with a minimum moisture content of 120g/m),5) removing snow jams using a plow rotor...
