- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the service titled: Winter maintenance of district roads in the Polkowice district in the 2025-2026 season, in the scope of part No. 1, Grbocice region, consisting in the implementation of the following tasks: a) preventive measures, including e.g. passive road protection against snowstorms, meteorological analysis, etc., b) removing road surfaces, i.e. roads, c) combating the slipperiness of road surfaces and black ice (by sprinkling), d) removing winter slipperiness by using fluxes for de-icing the road or roughening materials, e) keeping equipment to combat the effects of winter in constant readiness, f) readiness to provision of services.2. The type of tasks performed depends on the type of work performed on individual parts of the order.3. Terms of the order: a) The Ordering Party provides the Contractors with rough materials for sprinkling roads and sidewalks. b) The Ordering Party is not responsible for any damage caused by The Contractor and the Subcontractor while performing the subject of the order.c) The Contractor is fully liable for damages and consequences of accidents caused by incorrect execution of the order or failure to work.d) The Contractor commit...
