- Description:
- The subject of the order is winter maintenance of hardened municipal and district roads with a total length of 47.255 km (including 21.255 km of district roads and 26 km of municipal roads) located within the commune of Polska Cerekiew includes works aimed at reducing or limiting road traffic disruptions, caused by dry winters and snowfall. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) removal of the entire width and length of the road, bus lay-bys and parking lots; 2) elimination of the resulting winter slipperiness along the entire width and length of the road, bus lay-bys and parking lots in order to maintain constant traffic vehicles and pedestrians using appropriate chemical and non-chemical agents causing roughness of the road surface and removal of grease and ice, i.e. sand, road salt and a mixture of sand and salt; 3) removal of excess snow lying on sidewalks, squares and streets upon request Ordering Party. 4) Winter maintenance as part of the so-called The Winter Action in the 2025/2026 season, consisting in addressing, preventing and removing winter slipperiness, will cover district and municipal roads according to Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
