- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service called Winter maintenance of municipal roads in the 2025/2026 season in the city of Jawor.2. The subject of the order includes comprehensive winter equipment road maintenance consisting in ensuring passability and limiting disruptions to the flow of road traffic caused by snowfall, sleet, freezing rain or slippery winter roads by removing snow, preventing the formation and elimination of winter slippery conditions, and removing snow from the streets if necessary city after heavy snowfall and clearing the remains of winter road maintenance (sand) from the streets.4. The contractor is obliged to be on duty with an appropriate number of equipment and the operator, to keep logs of the duties and work of winter road maintenance equipment, and to present them at each the Ordering Party's request and submitting daily reports on the condition of the roads to the Ordering Party.
