- Partial task No. 1: Winter maintenance of municipal roads listed in Annex No. 7a using a snow plow. The subject of the proceedings is to provide a service aimed at eliminating road traffic disruptions caused by atmospheric factors such as winter snow and snowfall using a snow plow. sand spreaders on the roads. These activities are intended to ensure that the road is maintained in a condition suitable for safe use by its users. Winter maintenance should be prepared according to the standard: - the road should be graded along its entire width, - winter slippery areas should be combated and eliminated by sprinkling with a sand mixture with salt (30% salt / 70% sand), - snow removal, control and elimination of winter slipperiness carried out by using the road equipment indicated in the offer, i.e. sandblasting plow (including the mixture), - the execution of snow removal, control and elimination of winter slipperiness of roads is to be confirmed each time by a person supervisory. The Contractor's obligation will be to ensure communication between the means of transport and the owner of the means of transport via a mobile phone.
