- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of winter maintenance of public municipal roads and municipal communication routes in the Barczewo Commune, including: 1) sanding of roads and communication routes using own or rented self-propelled equipment, 2) removal of winter slipperiness using materials provided by the Contractor.3) The order covers the implementation of works in areas divided into sectors: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8.4) The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for a maximum of two sectors.2. Winter maintenance of roads is understood as carrying out work consisting in removing snow and removal of black ice and winter slipperiness on municipal public roads and municipal communication routes as well as internal roads indicated by the Ordering Party's representative.3. The winter action will take place at the request of the Ordering Party and will consist in: 1) removing snow from roads, streets and sidewalks, 2) combating winter smoothness by sprinkling the surface with roughening mixtures.4.
