- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in winter maintenance of municipal roads and sidewalks in the Pieszyce Commune in the 2025/2026 season. The service includes, among others: de-icing roads and bus bays, combating black ice, ice and snow slipperiness by roughening with natural materials and using chemicals on roads and streets in the first and second order of winter maintenance, removing roughening materials from roads and streets after the end of the season, keeping streets clean in the event of favorable weather conditions, with no snowfall and no winter slipperiness Removing and combating the slipperiness of sidewalks. In the absence of snow, the Contractor's obligations include keeping the sidewalks clean. removing the stops, cleaning the access to: the bus and pedestrian crossings, cleaning up the roughening materials after the end of the season.
