Description:
1. The subject of the order is winter maintenance of municipal roads in the city of Zduńska Wola in 2026, divided into parts:
1) Part 1 - Northern Area No. I (from Łaska and Sieradzka Streets north), 35.5 km of hard surfaces, 3 km of other surfaces
2) Part 2 - Area no. II, southern (from Łaska and Sieradzka streets south) 38 km of hard surfaces, 26.5 km of other surfaces
Karsznice 10.8 km of hard surfaces, 10 km of other surfaces,
2. Services consisting in cleaning roads and pedestrian routes from snow, slush and taking actions to eliminate slipperiness on roads and pedestrian routes caused by atmospheric factors (e.g. snowfall, black ice), and post-winter cleaning of hard road surfaces on both sides, including strips and bays.
3. Provision of services on municipal roads - according to the standard the second standard on hard streets and the third standard on the remaining ones (Order No. 46 of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of October 25, 1994 on the principles of snow removal and removal of black ice on public roads) - and pedestrian routes in the City of Zduńska Wola
4. Contractor is obliged to provide at least 2 computer workstations of the Ordering Party the possibility of:
- monitoring the location of vehicles carrying out the subject of the order (based on a satellite positioning system),
- reading archived data from the route of executing vehicles foreword...
