- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services related to snow removal and removal of slippery surfaces on municipal roads in the Moki commune in the winter season 2025/2026.2. the total length of roads covered by winter maintenance is 151.19 km, including 18.49 km of roads within the city and roads within the commune (outside the city) 132.7 km3. When implementing the scope of the order, the contractor is obliged to: 1) start winter operations after the snowfall stops or during it, in the event of continuous rainfall, snow drifts and blizzards, threatening traffic safety due to road congestion; 2) independent, immediate commencement of the provision of services related to maintaining road traffic at night, in cases of exceptional situations, i.e. intense snowfall, after reporting this fact to the ordering party and obtaining its approval; 3) removing snow from roads by scraping off snow cover along the entire width and length.
