Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services falling within the scope of the order entitled: "Winter maintenance of poviat and voivodship roads in the winter season 2025/2026". Winter maintenance of voivodship and poviat roads is in particular to ensure their passability and reduction of interference rainfall liquidity caused by rainfall, by preventing and eliminating the slippery of winter roads and removing snow, slush, as well as to ensure the availability of specialized equipment and employees for its operation. The scope of the order includes: specialized equipment services together with operator service and preparing a mix that combat road slippery, in accordance with the demand
individual teams for renovation and repairs.
The detailed scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract includes SWZ together with attachments, including: price calculation, constituting: 2a, 2b and 2c to SWZ, planned provisions of the contract, constituting No: 7a, 7b and 7c to SWZ and technical specification of winter road maintenance in the winter season 2025/2026, which is No. 11 to SWZ.
2. The offer should be prepared using the offer form, completed in the scope Parts/which the submitted offer applies - Annex No. 1 to SWZ. Together with the offer form, submit:
1) Price calculation in the scope of part of the order/which the offer applies - respectively No. 2a or/and No. 2b or/and No. 2c to SWZ;
