- 1. The subject of the order is the winter maintenance of poviat roads in the Konin poviat in the winter season 2025/2026 in the period from November to December 2025 and from January to March 2026.
2. The scope of services includes:
1) removal from the road with intersections and pedestrian crossings and pavements and walking and bicycle paths accumulating during snowfall, so as to keep the road in a specific standard;
2) removing slippery from the road, intersections, pavements, walking and cycling paths and pedestrian crossings;
3) maintaining the equipment for performing covered works winter maintenance, dispatching duty related to winter road maintenance;
4) the equipment at the disposal of the Employer after his call.
3. The order is divided into 10 parts, i.e.
Part 1 - region I (Wilczyn commune, Kleczew commune, Kleczew)
Part 2 - region II (Wilczyn commune, commune Skulsk)
Part 3 - District III (Wierzbinek commune)
Part 4 - District IV (Sompolno commune, town of Sompolno)
Part 5 - region V (Kramsk commune)
Part 6 - District VI (Krzymow commune)
Part 7 - Region VII (Stare Miasto commune)
Part 8 - region VIII (Grodziec commune, Rzgow commune, RychwaΕ commune, Stare Miasto commune, town of RychwaΕ)
Part 9 - region IX (Golina commune, Kazimierz Biskupi commune, Kramsk commune)
Part 10 - region X (Εlesin commune, Skulsk commune, town of Εlesin).
Each of the regions divided individual road sections according to the following road maintenance standards:
