- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the Winter Maintenance of Poviat Roads in the Radom poviat in the winter season 2025/2026.
The order consists of two parts of the following:
β’ Part 1: Winter maintenance of poviat roads in the communes of Przytyk, Wolanow, Zakrzew, Kowala, Wierzbica, IΕΕΌa and streets lying in the routes of poviat roads in the cities of IΕΕΌa and Przytyk,
β’ Part 2: Winter maintenance of poviat roads in the municipalities of: Pionki, JedliΕsk, Jedlnia-Letnisko, JastrzΔbia, Gozd, Skaryszew and streets lying along poviat roads in the cities: Jedlnia-Letnisko, Pionki and Skaryszew.
2. The application of the type of services and planned quantities to be made as part of the order is given in the forms of offer cost estimates (Form No. 2.1 and No. 2.2), which constitute attachments to this SWZ.
3. The native number of measurement units will result from the prevailing weather conditions.
4. The concise description and manner of the contract were included in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), which is volume III of SWZ and the planned provisions of the contract, constituting volume II SWZ.
The subject of part 1 of the contract is the performance of a service in the scope Winter maintenance of poviat roads in the Radom poviat in the winter season 2025/2026 in the communes of Przytyk, Wolanow, Zakrzew, Kowala, Wierzbica, IΕΕΌa and streets lying in the routes of poviat roads in the cities of IΕΕΌa and Przytyk.
