- 1. The subject of the order is the winter maintenance of poviat roads in the Włocławek poviat in the 2025/2026 season, divided into 5 parts:
Lubień Kujawski commune;
Włocławek commune, Brest Kujawski commune, Lubraniec commune;
Boniewo commune, Izbica Kujawska commune, Lubraniec commune;
Fabianki commune;
Brest Kujawski commune, Lubraniec commune.
The action of winter road maintenance will be launched and conducted only at the summary of the Employer.
The scope of works includes:
- Winter maintenance of roads and streets in the routes of poviat roads in I, II and III standard with a total length of 223.220 km broken down into 5 tasks,
for standard III: in marked built -up areas, on road viaducts, on a section of 100 MB before and behind each horizontal arch marked warning signs, 100 MB before, for and on each vertical arch - hill, 100 MB before and at each intersection with roads with a hard surface, 100 MB before and at each intersection with railway lines, 100 MB at the place of a marked bus communication stop (50 MB each before and behind the sign).
