Description:
1. The subject of the order is the winter maintenance of voivodship and municipal roads in the city of Piła in the winter season 2025/2026 consisting of mechanical and manual snow removal, as well as the liquidation of slipperyness within the road, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays. The order includes Also, the transport of pollution, snow and ice to a waste landfill or other place indicated by the contracting authority.
214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the PZP Act. including:
1) 4-fold additional mechanical and manual snow removal of the road, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with simultaneous sprinkling,
95 of the PZP Act requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on on the basis of an employment contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
4. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement based on the employment relationship have been specified in the project contracts (Annex 3 to SWZ).
