The subject of this public procurement are: services related to the winter maintenance of poviat roads in the Kłodzko poviat during the 2025/2026 winter season.
5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of July 31, 2014 regarding funds limiting in connection with Russia activities destabilizing the situation in Ukraine, it is prohibited to perform a public contract with the participation of subcontractors, suppliers or entities whose abilities lies in the meaning of the directive 2014/24/EU, if there are over 10% of the order value.
