- 1. The subject of the contract is to perform works in the field of winter road maintenance
and pavements in the road lane in the city of Bytom, broken down into parts
with the option of using options.
2. The order of the contract is divided into parts:
1) Part 1: District 1 - communication routes.
2) Part 2: District 2 - close center, center, ΕrodmieΕcie North, ΕrodmieΕcie West.
3) Part 3: District 3 - Miechowice, Karb, Stroszek, Sucha Gora, Stolarzowice, Gorniki.
4) Part 4: District 4 - Rozbark, Εagiewniki, Szombierki, Bobrek.
3. COMPLETE OF THE PARTS covered by the Order in each part for the basic scope and The optional scope is the fulfillment of duties related to maintaining cleanliness and order on the road lanes of public and internal roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Bytom, imposed on the contracting authority in accordance with art. 5 para. 1 point 4), para. 4 and 5 of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 773).
4. The order of the contract and the manner of its implementation in each part specifies:
a) detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter SOPZ) - Annex 1 to SWZ
b) estimated quantities - Annex No. 1.1 - 1.4 to SWZ
c) lists of areas - Annex No. 1.5 - 1.8 to SWZ
d) Diagram of snow removal of the surface of the market plate - Annex 1.9 to SWZ
e) planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ.
5. The resource allows the possibility of submitting partial offers in relation to 4 parts of the procedure.
