Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in winter maintenance of roads in the City and the Muszyna Spa Commune in the winter season of 2025/2026.2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order was divided into the following tasks, i.e.: Task No. 1: Winter maintenance roads in the City and Spa Commune of Muszyna, including the locality of Egiestow3. The scope of individual parts of the order (tasks) is detailed in the price form constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 4. The scope of services includes, in particular: 1) Comprehensive winter maintenance of roads consisting in ensuring passability and limiting disruptions to the flow of road traffic caused by snowfall, sleet, freezing snow or slippery winter roads, by removing snow, preventing the formation and eliminating winter slippery conditions, and removing snow. 2) Cleaning up after winter maintenance of the material road used to perform the service. 5. Winter maintenance of roads includes removing and removing slippery surfaces by sprinkling the road with appropriate agents, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of October 27, 2005 on kind of...
