- 1. The subject of the order is winter maintenance of municipal roads in the Dobre Miasto Commune.2. The list of roads subject to winter maintenance is specified in Annex No. 9 to SWZ.3. Work on winter road maintenance consists of: 1) removing roads, 2) connecting roads with sprinkling with 10% salt mixture,3) sprinkling with 10% salt mixture 4) sprinkling with sand.4. Providing the necessary material for winter maintenance of roads and the equipment necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order is the responsibility of the Contractor.5. Performer is obliged to clean the roads of materials remaining after winter maintenance on all sections of roads defined to be maintained in standard I.6. The decision to start snow removal and removal of rough surfaces is made by the Contractor.7. The ordering party requires so that in the event of an additional notification by the Ordering Party of the need to perform the obligations referred to in point 1, the response time will be no shorter than 30 minutes, but no longer than 60 minutes from the time of notification. Response time is understood as time from a moment to moment telephone notification by the Ordering Party until the removal of the reported traffic disruption begins...
