Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of winter maintenance services for roads managed by the Mayor of Radomsko and district roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Radomsko, consisting of:
a) mechanical snow removal from roads in the order specified by the Ordering Party based on the attachment No. 2 to the draft/template contract constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, including bus bays;
b) removing winter slipperiness of roads in the order specified by the Ordering Party based on Annex No. 2 to the project/template contract constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, by sprinkling salt or material roughening, including bus bays;
c) mechanical snow removal and removal of winter slipperiness of parking lots owned by the Ordering Party, located outside the road;
d) removing (removing) snow from road lanes.
e) cleaning sand from the road using a mechanical sweeper road pollution after the end of the winter season specified by the Ordering Party in the order, i.e. loading, removal with own transport and transfer to the landfill. Waste may only be disposed of at a legal landfill.
There are no requirements to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities specific needs within the public task in question, because the nature of the ordered services does not apply to any scope of the provisions contained in Art. 6 of the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1411).
