Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of roads managed by the Mayor of the Kaj Commune in the 2023/2024 season, consisting in removing the pavement and combating sludge by the Contractor at the request of the Employer. The order is divided into 2 parts.and submitting bids separately for each part of the order., , The order includes the provision of the above service in the area of:, for part 1: Kaj, Targowisko, kowice and Grodkowice;, The service should be performed under the following conditions (for both parts): 1 ) Tempering and roughening of the road surface of the first order of zimaintenance until 600 each day, 2) Tempering and roughening of the surface of roads of the 2nd order of winter maintenance until 900 each day., 3) Maintaining readiness (passive action) in the period: October 15, 2023 April 15, 2024, The winter action will be carried out only upon notification of the Employer.The contractor is obliged to start the action immediately after receiving the notification and to conduct it in a way that ensures proper and careful performance of the subject of the order.
