- The subject of the order is: Comprehensive provision of services related to the winter maintenance of roads, squares, sidewalks (ZUD) in the Makow Podhalański commune in the winter season 2025/2026, divided into parts:
- Juszczyn, Żarnowka, Wieprzec and Kojszowka 45.55 km
of the order is included in Annexes No. 10, 11 and 12 to the SWZ, which constitute an integral part of the documentation of the conducted procedure.
regarding conditions of cooperation with the contractor are included in Annex No. 4 to SWZ_draft contract.
mechanical removal of snow from the road and roadsides and combating winter slipperiness, consisting in preventing and removing it using material roughening agent, in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard, i.e. the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of October 27, 2005 on the types and conditions of use of agents that may be used on public roads, streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005, item 1960).
