Description:
1. The subject of the order is the winter maintenance of roads, streets and pavements, stops, footbridges, parking lots in the commune of Bieruń. The scope includes in particular the implementation of road works
(109 670 kmb of roads, 506 174 m2), pedestrian routes, bicycle paths and footbridges (35 053 kmb, 3825m2), parking lots (40 375 m2) with the delivery and service of cokes.
2. Services, individual quantities and their description are found in SWZ and attachments to SWZ, i.e. a detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ), a specimen of the spread form and in the planned provisions of the contract.
3. Standing to the content of art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act, the Employer informs that:
sets requirements in the scope of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract consisting in performing the work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). Details are included in the planned provisions of the contract, which constitute an attachment to SWZ.
4. Amongingoing is not covered by financial support.
5. The resource does not allow the possibility of submitting the offer variant.
6. The landlord does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers as part of the contract due to:
a) in the contracting authority's opinion, the lack of division of the order into parts does not limit on the quantitative plane as well as the qualitative possibility of the participation of small contractors and Medical ...
