Description:
1. The subject of the order are the following services: Winter maintenance of sidewalks and bicycle paths on county roads within the administrative borders of the Piła commune - 2026.
2. The subject of the order are services related to winter maintenance of sidewalks and bicycle paths on district roads, to the extent: which include preventive actions, eliminating slipperiness and snow removal, using our own materials, equipment and transport, in particular:
1) mechanical and manual snow removal of sidewalks and bicycle paths - in accordance with the list - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ,
2) combating slipperiness on sidewalks and bicycle paths using roughening agents and chemicals (chemical agents approved by the Ordering Party, after prior arrangement) in accordance with the list - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ,
3) removal of snow and ice, which means mechanical or manual removal of accumulated snow or ice from the surface of sidewalks or bicycle paths, loading, transport and disposal.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
4. Services falling within the scope of the subject of the order should be performed in accordance with applicable legal provisions specified, among others, in:
1) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of October 27, 2005 on the types and conditions of use of measures that may be used on public roads, streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 230, item 1960). Chemicals should be used on public roads and streets w s...
