- 1. The subject of the order is winter maintenance of sidewalks in the city of Chojnice in the winter season 2025/2026 and in the winter season 2026/2027.2. The scope of the order includes activities involving winter maintenance, snow removal, combating and eliminating winter slippage on squares, sidewalks, parking lots, roads, bicycle paths and stairs, the detailed scope of which is indicated in the annexes to the contract template (Annex No. 6 to the SWZ). During the execution of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the content of the annexes to the contract (including the list of places where the service is to be provided), which will not constitute an amendment to the contract and will not require the preparation of annexes.3. During the execution of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to use specialized equipment that will not damage the cleaned surfaces (e.g., metal running and snow-reducing elements should be equipped with tires, the dimensions of the devices should be adapted to the dimensions cleaned surfaces). The Contractor undertakes to enter the sidewalks with means of transport with accessories with a permissible total weight of up to 3.5 t.4.
