- a) The subject of the contract is the provision of a service related to the winter maintenance of municipal roads in the Jabłonka commune in the winter season 2025-2026.
b) The contracting authority divided the entire order into 13 parts.
c) a detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 12 to Swz.
d) The contracting authority reserves the right to make a commission review of equipment demonstrated in the tender offer, provided for the provision of a winter road maintenance service.
e) The contracting authority reserves that vehicles performing activities at winter road maintenance will remain Equipped with locators whose task will be to save the activity of vehicles as part of the winter road maintenance campaign. Detailed provisions in this respect are included in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
Part 1 - Winter maintenance of municipal roads in region and in Chyżne
The scope of the task provides for snow removal of 7 sections of municipal roads, parking lots near the church and the fire station of the TSO, and sprinkling three sections of municipal roads (from national road No. 7 towards school and fire station, and from the church towards the new bridge on Profession),
