Description:
1. Appliance for the award of a classical order is conducted in an open tender mode pursuant to art. 132 et seqin this specification of the terms of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ".
2. On the basis of art. 139 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest assessed, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion andfulfilling the conditions for participation in the procedure.
3. The reporter informs that in connection with the statutory and statutory obligation to conduct summer and winter maintenance of the road surface of streets in the MZUIM management in Chorzow, he intends to award an order for the provision of the above services in two parts,Each of which will be the subject of a separate public procurement procedure, i.e. ::
