- 1. The subject of the order is winter maintenance of city roads in Nowy Targ in the 2025/2026 season - zone I.
2. Winter road maintenance includes activities aimed at ensuring passability and limiting disruptions to the flow of road traffic caused by phenomena such as rainfall snow, sleet, freezing drizzle or slippery winter roads. Winter road maintenance includes:
1/ preparation of materials and equipment,
2/ removing snow and ice from the road,
3/ removing slipperiness, i.e. preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness by using materials roughening and chemical substances, especially in driveways and intersections,
4/ removal of snow from the streets if necessary resulting from excessive rainfall preventing effective street snow removal,
5/ clearing snow/sprinkling sidewalks in zone I if necessary due to excessive snow rainfall.
3. Roads and parking lots included in the winter maintenance plan in zone I, in accordance with the attached list of streets and map, are:
