1. The subject of the contract is: Winter maintenance of voivodship roads administered by the areaProvincial Roads in Kętrzyn, in winter seasons 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029, 2029/2030, 2030/2031 divided into 11 parts.
2. The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 9 to SWZ and a detailed technical specificationconstituting Annex 10 to SWZ - constituting an integral part of SWZ. The detailed scope of the order is contained in price forms - constituting an integral part of SWZ (Annexes 2.1 - 2.11).
4. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to dispose of persons and technical potential(tools, plant equipment and technical devices) in the assortment and quantities necessary for the correct and timely execution of the order. The order will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024r., item 1061, as amended) and the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended).
6. The order was divided into 11 parts:
part 1 - with the base in MSC. Kętrzyn
Winter maintenance of provincial roads No. 591, 650 and provincial streets in MSC. Kętrzyn onthe following sections:
• Road No. 591 Kętrzyn - Mrągowo from km 32+999 to km 56+345 with a length of 23.346 km
• provincial streets in MSC. Kętrzyn with a length of 8.307 km
• Road No. 650 Old Rożanka - Srokowo...
