1. The subject of the contract is: Winter maintenance of voivodship roads administered by the area Provincial roads in Kętrzyn, in winter seasons 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029, 2029/2030, 2030/2031 divided into 4 parts.
2. Contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 9 to SWZ and the detailed specification Technical constituting Annex 10 to SWZ - constituting an integral part of SWZ.
3. The detailed scope of the order is contained in price forms - constituting an integral part of SWZ (Annexes 2.1 - 2.4).
4. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to dispose of persons and technical potential (tools, plant equipment and technical devices) in the assortment and quantities necessary for the correct and timely execution of the order.
5. The order will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024 r., item 1061, as amended) and the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended).
6. The order was divided into 4 parts:

Winter maintenance of provincial roads No. 643 and 642 on the following episodes:
• Road no 643 Wilkasy - Olszewo from km 0+000 to km 20+447 with a length of 20.447 km
• Road No. 642 Sterławki Wielkie - Woźnice from km 0+000 to km 19+966 with a length of 19.966 km
