- The subject of the order is the Service of Winter Maintenance of Poviat Roads in the Zgierz Poviat, consisting in snow removal and removing winter slippery. The scope of the subject of the contract also includes the provision of the cleaning service of poviat roads from sand after the winter including work related to one -off posing cleaning of road lanes along the entire length and width, cleaning all road surfaces limited by curbs, sinus surfaces, parking lots, cleaning all surfaces of the pavement strings, collecting sand from sewage troughs and other drainage devices, collecting pollutants from road lanes, and removing the waste to the landfill.
214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act, consisting in repetition of similar services, to the equivalent of 50% basic orders separately for each task. The scope of expected orders similar: continuation of the basic order in the scope of services conducted in the Zgierz poviat identical to the subject of the contract. The conditions on which the order will be awarded: in the case of persistent adverse winter conditions, the Employer will decide to continue the order, secure financial resources in the current budget year or in the event of the use of financial resources from the basic contract and receiving financial resources to maintain continuity orders.
